We store the data you explicitly select for backup, plus the metadata required to index and restore it: file paths, sizes, timestamps and content hashes.
When client-side encryption is enabled, encryption keys are generated and held on your machines. We hold only ciphertext and cannot decrypt your data, including at the request of a third party.
We keep the billing contact, company name and audit log of dashboard actions. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer data to train models.
Backup data is retained for your configured history window. After account closure, remaining data is destroyed within 30 days.
